Sauerkraut Hotdish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Hillshire farms smoked beef sausage.
  • 2 onions
  • 1 (8 oz) package Kluski noodles (cooked)
  • 6 oz. Bavarian sauerkraut (½ can)
  • ½ jar regular sauerkraut (2 cups)
  • ½ cup butter

Directions

Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces and cook with butter & onion. Add sauerkraut and noodles. Mix well. (Mix together and freeze the extra sauerkraut for next time.)
