Flower Nectar Honey

Ingredients

  • 7 red clover blossoms
  • 30 white clover blossoms
  • 1 teaspoon alum
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup water

Directions

Boil the water, sugar and alum together until clear. Pro over blossoms and let stand for 10 minutes. Bottle blossoms and all.
